Alison O. Gee

Clients value Alison’s practical approach to problem-solving and her ability to take complex laws and explain them clearly. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and efficiently address their concerns. 

As a Gillette native based in her hometown, Alison guides clients on a wide range of matters, including estate planning, business formation and operation, real estate, and contracts.  As part of her broader estate planning practice, she advises clients on Medicaid preplanning and qualification. Alison also represents several Wyoming governmental entities, including school and hospital districts.  

Alison serves the State of Wyoming as a Commissioner on the Uniform Law Commission which helps states create better laws.  She is President-Elect of the Wyoming State Bar, former Trustee of Gillette College, and serves her community on several nonprofit boards.

Outside of work, Alison, her husband Shaun, and their children enjoy Wyoming’s wild places, downhill skiing, and youth sports.
